    I had a very positive experience at the Metro store in Ashtabula, thanks to Krish. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Krish was patient in answering all my questions and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best option for my needs and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. It’s great to see such excellent customer service.
