    My charger caused my phone to overheat, that then caused a burn out of my phone. while in the area I stopped by this location, upon entering the store I was greeted by Zulia, who was very friendly & helpful in trying to help with transferring from one phone to another. however, we ran into some issues due to my account information being compromised. Liz then came up to assist her as she patiently tried doing everything she could to resolve this issue, as she then called customer service to explain the issues I was having with my account. (customer service 800 was of no help at all!) after doing all that she could. she asked the store manager Cherita if she could assist in any way as my situation was a difficult one. Cherita made a couple of calls to her manager (I didn't get her name) but she was of great help as well, as all the ladies did EVERYTHING to get the problem resolved for me. they were patient, kind, understanding. & as a collective their customer service was AMAZING!!! I greatly appreciate it do to alot of personal issues I was dealing with at the time. I hope that these ladies can get recognized for their service because their knowledge, customer service & how they went above & beyond in making sure that all of my needs were met was like no experience I've ever encountered as a customer of Metro PCS for over 18 years.
