This is the best Metro PCS authorized dealer in the city. That is due to the manager, Alya. I have been here multiple times and have had multiple customer service agents, and all have been good. When I have a complex issue, I will make sure Alya is there. She does a wonderful job of clearing up whatever issue I have. What some may not realize is that this is a franchise dealer. They can do a lot on their end. There are a few issues you have to deal with Metro PCS by T-Mobile directly. I have had the best experience switching phones, tablets, and adding lines. Alya is up to date on the current promotions and deals being offered by Metro PCS as well as the individual store franchise sales. If you are eligible for a promotion, she will get it done or get you a deal close to it if you are not eligible. She takes the time to look at your account and see if it is in your best interest to switch it. I have had my account for over 10 years. Any other store would gladly switch my account to the newest service, but it is not always in my best interest. The best advice is to take the time to ask questions and wait for the answer and explanation as to why.
