I had the best experience here today at this store. My 79 year old mom had a very old phone that was not working well at all. She had been reluctant to get a new one due to the hassle it can be sometimes when doing so. Amy made the process so easy and was so very helpful. Amy was awesome soo helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different plans and phones and with answering all of our questions and concerns. She was filling in for another employee but maybe if you had more workers like her at this location the reviews would all be more positive lol traveling to another store she will be working at tomorrow to get another phone that's how much we appreciate her effort in helping us.

I went in to purchase a new phone on 2/26, and was helped by a guy named Shawn who was just at this location for that day. Not only did he help me get an upgrade, but he did everything in his power to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. He spent a significant amount of time helping me get used to the upgrade, by explaining the features thoroughly and making sure that everything that I wanted transferred over that I added myself, would indeed be transferred to my satisfaction. He was patient, thorough, and understanding of all my needs 👍🏾
