We've been with T-Mobile for close to 10 years. Although I've been happy with the service, the price has crept up and I had to pay extra to pay with a credit card (I paid with a credit card because this card also insures our two phone for damage up to $600 per phone).
I'd read an online article about how prepaid services were cheaper and decided to switch. Unfortunately we had to go to the store initially which was more difficult than it should have been. They've been doing a huge project at the "Y" in Oak Hill for years. Texas DOT doesn't much bother putting up useful signs and we got to take a long, slow (terrible traffic) detour to this store which is pretty close to our house.
Fortunately Ryan and Sam saved the day. There was a bit of an issue as we had opted for Sim Protection from T-Mobile and one of the phones wouldn't allow it to be taken off. They called and had someone from corporate get it taken care of (their corporate had to call T-Mobile's corporate). We now have the same plan on the same network for over $30 a month less than we were paying. The price is guaranteed for 5 years too. Even if T-Mobile didn't raise their prices during that time, we're looking to save $1,800. Can't beat that. Thank you Ryan and Sam!

I was a cricket customer for over 5 years and was given atrocious customer service at the location across the street. I went straight over to T Mobile and was given exceptional assistance from Dolce (sp?). She was able to get me out the door that day with a better phone AND a cheaper plan than cricket. I'm officially converted 😆
