I was on a motorcycle loaded for a cross country adventure. My straight talk bill was due and I had a moto g 2025 base model... I needed, NEEDED a water resistant phone for my ride. Did my research on all the companies and phones and decided for my budget, the Galaxy A37 5g was the one... And im a 12 year long user of Motorola products minus a few tries at iPhone and an older Galaxy. Went in with a tight budget... The younger black guy behind the counter, wish I knew your name dude, was absolutely INCREDIBLE in helping me out!!! He got me within 6 bucks of where u wanted to be and had me out the door fast. He held the phone when I called and explained my situation, it was their last one in stock, im sure he wasn't technically supposed but check this out... He did it and that was a big seller. When I called straight talk for a transfer pin they offered me a FREE iPhone to stay with them, I hesitated, but I was already there, the guy had been super helpful, got me what I wanted in budget, so I hung up on them and paid the man... The service, I went from 5mbs down to 23mbs and much more consistent signal...
