Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. Again Samantha is amazing and really handles situations the best and always takes care of me and my family anytime we have a problem or situation because she knows her stuff unlike that lady who clearly hates her life lol..

This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST Metro PCS Store EVER!!! I think that's saying A LOT considering we've been Metro customers since 2008. I've been to many stores over the years, honestly I was happy when I could do 95% + online... well sort of 🥴 My husband and I had been here a few months ago, the team here then made me come back HERE again. I needed help getting another line for our daughter because of the good service here last time I happily came back. Every time I come here the service is even better!!! Samantha and Emili are a PHENOMENAL team. These ladies turned an uncomfortable change and transition for our adult daughter into an easy, confidence building and strong step into a new life!!! Thank you ladies for the 5⭐ service - Metro PCS you need to recognize this store especially these two ladies... Maybe a little bonus!!!

This was by far the best metro experience I ever had. It was quick and everything was done perfectly, no mistake's. Switched my phone over to metro and was greeted and treated as if I was family.
