Terrible experience with the young woman on 2/1. Abel was awesome. Bought a phone the night before and it took two hours for a cell phone to get set up (wouldn’t make calls). It was before close so the nice gentlemen gave us tablets based on how long we were customers and said bring it tomorrow to finish fixing new phone (wouldn’t make calls). Young women told my mother to take it to cell phone repair shop to be jail broken, despite us buying it there last night. She was told “I’m not going back and forth with you.” Before eventually deciding to set up a brand new phone we paid for last night (200 dollars). Manager last night said she had no idea what she was doing if the device wasn’t an iPhone and it’s remarkable she said jailbreak it at a repair shop. We bought it there, Abel would have fixed it, and surprising that the young woman on 2/1 didn’t want to initially help us with a phone we got there the night before and should have set it up. Really surprising she would treat a customer from 09 like that. I would love to see a response about the woman who “isnt going back and forth” and “wants us to jailbreak a Motorola android” that should have been ready to go when we paid and took it off site. Took two days to set up and my mother quite frankly shouldn’t be spoken to like that. You’ve been warned about the young woman. Update: I am giving a 5 star review because Abel was great to us. I expect the woman on 2/1 to be trained better on phones that are not IOS systems. Telling someone to jailbreak a phone that was just bought at the store is not an acceptable response. Products should be stood by and sending a customer to fix a brand new phone should never even be part of a discussion. Thanks and Abel earned this 5 star review for staying an hour after close trying his best to set up the phone. It is working now but the woman on 2/1 does not have proper training at this time for her role. I hope it is addressed. View on Google
