Mo is the man! I went in yesterday to inquire about new phones for my son and I and he said to me “I’m about to give you the deal of a lifetime”. In my mind I was rolling my eyes like “here we go 🙄” because I’m 45 and I’ve heard that line a time or 2 but Mo really did offer me a deal that I couldn’t refuse. I had planned on waiting a few days to buy but the deal was so good and Mo didn’t pressure me like some sales people I’ve dealt with, so I went back today to get the phones. Mo was friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what to expect throughout the process. I had to get on the phone with another company and Mo was right there to help me with any issues that came up. He went above and beyond by calling another representative to get my questions answered when I ran into problems with the individual I was speaking with. He made it clear to my son and I that he wasn’t going to let anyone bs us (and when they tried, he called them on it) He is honest and upfront while also being kind and patient. No extra bs or deception. He really didn’t have to help me all like he did today which tells me he’s genuinely a good person. He’s out here providing customer service far superior to most places around here and he deserves recognition for it (and perhaps a raise!!!!) 😊 Thanks again, Mo! ~KP View on Google
