I just want to take a moment to give a big thank you to Safiya!
I went to the store to pay my bill and fix my dad’s phone. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone, Safiya took the time to actually help me fix my dad’s phone. She cleaned it up, fixed the issues, and made sure everything was working properly.
She also told me about a Samsung tablet that I could get for free, where I would only have to pay the first month’s bill. She explained everything to me, but never pressured me into buying anything.
She even told me about a T-Mobile deal, but when I said I really like staying with Metro by T-Mobile, she said, “That’s okay, no problem. Let me help you with your phone.” I really appreciated that! Safiya was so helpful, patient, friendly, and professional. I loved her attitude and the way she communicated with me. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and isn’t just trying to make a sale. If the owner or manager is reading this, I really hope you recognize Safiya for her great customer service. She is a great employee and a wonderful person to have at the store. See you soon!
