Went in to pay my phone bill and the associate mentioned I could switch to e-statements to skip the paper mail. I hadn't really thought about it before but figured why not. She had it set up in no time, right there at the counter. Now I just get a quick alert when my bill posts instead of waiting on the mail. She also pointed out I can pull up any old statement in the app if I ever need it for records. Quick, easy, and genuinely useful — appreciated her taking the time to mention it." View on Google
