Nakeba the store manager made my experience the best phone purchase I have ever had. As a former Verizon customer, I can honestly say that making the switch was well worth it. Not only did Nakeba help me quickly and effectively while in a hurry, but she assured me that I am going to get the best deal possible. And not to mention, she had some really cool nails! Haha 😄 I would recommend this location to anyone here in Charleston (hoping this is the right one as I am from out of town) but make sure that you talk to Nakeba for any and ALL of your phone buying needs. I will FOREVER be a Metro Customer for life thanks to her hospitable and welcoming energy that makes me proud to be part of the Metro family. View on Google
