Quesha, the general manager at Metro by T-mobile on Shallowford Road, is an absolute gem. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive shopping environment is evident in every corner of the store. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. Quesha helped my friend trade in her old Samsung phone for an iPhone 13, ensuring every available promotion applied, and did a really wonderful job creating a bundle for my friend that worked for her specific needs.

I've had a fantastic experience with the Metro PCS store on Shallowford rd. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive minus the guy that ditched work and left Afrin all alone. Even while not feeling well and all alone with a store full of people Afrin held it down. All the customers were patiently waiting and Afrin still had a smile on her face. Everyone was patient while Afrin was setting up everyone's new phone and she made the entire process easy. She answered everyone's questions and even helped me find a plan that fit my needs perfectly, without trying to upsell me on features I didn't want. It's rare to get such great customer service these days, and it really makes a difference.
P.s. I know Afrin is Princess Jasmine in disguise. The dyed hair didn't fool me AT ALL,lol. Nice try Princess 😉
P.P.S Quesha and Afrin definitely need a raise. They are THE BEST!

Today myself and husband went to this location and we were beyond pleased with the customer service Quesha provided to us. She went well above and beyond to help us and to make sure we left the store happy. We genuinely can say being new residents of Chattanooga TN she made us feel very welcomed and we would recommend this store to ANYONE!!!!!!!!
The worker with her was also very helpful and provided us with a lot of information about the area!!!!!
