I have been with Metro PCS since 2008, I got a new phone and we tried to switch it over to Metro without going into the store but we set it up without the Sim card and there was no way to get back in the old phone or the new phone so i was locked out of both. i went to Dunedin Metro store first Joe said it's a no go, failed to help me, went to the store on Missouri rd. and he was worried about the friends he had pulling up outside so he said he couldn't help me. I I finally got to the 1750 Drew St. location and i was exhausted and ready to leave Metro after almost 20 years; fortunately there was the manager at this Drew st. location Mr. Hernan and he was able to save my phones and keep me with Metro! Hernan was super cool and has been with Metro for many years, he and was able to utilize his connections with the company to contact someone on a Saturday and i do believe higher powers were at work as well, on the behalf of Mr. Hernan and myself and we were able to get the phone back. The entire staff at this location are all super nice as well; Carlos was there the day Hernan was able to help me, but honestly everyone i met at this location was very nice and kind. This is an amazing store and i will never forget the kindness of Hernan and his staff they set the bar for elite customer service and helping others, they are truly a blessing from above. highly recommend this store after all the other stores told me i was done, Hernan and his cohorts breathed life back into me and my phone!
I wish I could give 10 Stars Mr. Hernan and his team are just the best!
