Manager at this store is an absolute star. An amazing help. Very knowledgeable and in my opinion deserves a better position!

Moe the current regional manager and his nephew zade are a nuisance to Metro PCS as a company. First off, how do you hire your nephew and then pick favorites?
The manager's aide at clearlake store 2711 across from Walmart on clearlake road. Is extremely unprofessional. Does not deserve his manager position and shouldn't be working for MetroPCS.
He is literally lying to customers telling customers that the system is down. If they don't upgrade or buy anything now of course he doesn't tell them that. But that's what he says if they don't. It's been going on for 2 weeks. Probably longer!
Again, I would like to reiterate the beginning where I said what is above is referring to clearlake store 2711 and not the one that's not next to Walmart.
The manager there. The woman is amazing, very knowledgeable and a good person!
But again zade and Moe are not running that company well and it is clear to tell 💯✨

I went to metro today to pay my phone bill, but not only was I greeted immediately, I was taken care of. I didn’t expect to buy a thing today but I spent $90 got 4 tablets and a home internet which I didn’t know I needed haha I’m a sucker for great deals ;) please go to this location the manger is highly recommended. That’s how I ended up there in the first place.
