We stopped in at this location because it had good reviews. It did not disappoint. We went in looking for 2- I17 Pro phones. They only had One available. Alicia called around to many other stores to find another one for us, but sadly no one else had one, so we went with the I17Pro Max for the second one. Alicia took the time to get our phones transferred for us and explain everything! She was amazing and great to work with and deserves 10 stars! Only doing 4 stars on the company review as the company did not have more than 1 of the phones we needed. View on Google

I was trying to get service on my old/new phone that I'm trying to transfer the service over too with the esim. I've had trouble trying to make it work and whole I called customer service the night before and help resolve it , they couldn't. I came in the store and The store's Associate helped me with ease by trying the esim first and checking to see if it'll work. It didn't work saying it couldn't detect it. So She tried putting a physical sim card to see if that'll fix it. And it did. Just have to wait a few minutes for it to get registered and it was good to! I highly appreciate the work that she did and made it simple and easy for me to get service back on my phone again since I've didn't have service for a couple of days. View on Google
