    I am very happy and totally satisfied by Mr. Jay's extra ordinary service. He surely went way above and beyond to help me get my new phone and my new tablet.     Jay at Metro by T-Mobile is the absolute MVP and a huge asset to the team! I cannot say enough good things about how he took care of my parents today. We’ve had some tech headaches and roadblocks with transfers in the past, but Jay navigated everything perfectly. ​He didn't just sell them the devices; he went above and beyond to get their phones and tablets fully transferred and set up, making sure they were completely comfortable using them. He turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth, fun experience. On top of the patient service, he hooked them up with high-quality screen protectors, cases, and some cool extras we weren't expecting. ​This is exactly what customer service should look like. If you need mobile help, do not go to anyone else—Jay is the guy to see. 10/10! View on Google
