Vanessa was amazing! We had so much difficulty getting assistance over the phone but once we arrived she helped us right away. I haven’t received such great service at a metro by T-Mobile store in years. She was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done to help us with our problem. View on Google

I've been to this location twice. Vanessa helped me both times. She goes above and beyond to help out her customers. She helped me order a phone case and when I wasn't able to get it on my phone I returned to visit her for a second time. She was helping another customer and appeared to be the only employee working in this store. I waited for her and another customer came in. She finished with that customer and came and helped me. She put the new phone case I ordered at Amazon ,with her help on the first visit, on my phone. I had to order one as they did not carry one for my phone at metro. As stated, she was a great help the first visit. She looked up.what I needed and sent the link to my phone so I could order it when I got home. Like I said when I couldn't get it on my phone I didn't think twice about going back to see Vanessa because she was so helpful on my first visit. I started by saying I felt like an idiot because there were directions but I couldn't do it..she didn't make me feel that way at all. She installed my phone in the cover and had me on my way. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see her for any issues I run into. Keep up the great work. We, the customers, do appreciate it!! Dawn View on Google
