I can't say enough good things about this location. All of my concerns were met and adding new services/lines has always been easy. The team there has worked with me to find the best plan for my budget which is extremely important for me. I moved about 30 minutes away but returned to the Main Street, East Hartford location recently because of the staff there. Lily and Delilah are great! They have amazing customer service, professional while down to earth abd very friendly. I highly recommend this branch!

I had the best experience with the manager Alize and Delilah at the East Hartford, CT location. They were patient, kind and customer focused. They welcomed me like they knew me. They took the time to explain the different promotions available to me. I came in with 3 lines and left with 4. They provided great customer service and I will be back for any future upgrades.
