Oh, my Gooooooooooooooooooooooooodness!! The sales rep Deijah was amazing! Let me explain:
1. The customers that were ahead of me she helped them out with a smile and with great professionalism!! To my surprise, she dealt with all of the customers ahead me and including myself with the same enthusiasm when it was my turn!
2. She takes her time and explains everything and will even ask for your phone to literally show you if you don't understand what she is saying, this young lady is "Top Notch"! Her demeanor, tone, and personality are unbecoming of people in her age bracket, she is very mature and respectful! Unfortunately, this generation has lost the whole meaning of "Customer Service", but this young lady has it all!
3. I hope T-Mobile is taking care of this talented young lady to the utmost in monetary compensation and business responsibility!
She is and would be a gem and an asset to any customer service-based business that needs and/ or requires top notch personnel.
Give that Girl a hand a BIG handfullllllllllllllllllllllllllll of money, lol!
