    I was greeted by a very friendly individual by the name of Islam. Amazing service as he helped me get a new phone on a budget and really good listening to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to walk out with a great phone for and he even threw in a few free goodies. Definitely recommend to visit if you need any service with Metro View on Google

    I had lost my phone on 30th April and I went to a different Metro store initially to purchase a new phone. However, the reps at the stores kept suggesting to get a new number and would not help me get a phone on my existing number. My nu.ber was super important to me as all my banks, doctors appointment and everything was linked to my old number. After trying 3 different stores I came to this one and was greeted by Islam. Now this gentleman was very patient with me and actually listened to my problem. He not only helped me get my old number back but also gave me a really good deal on the brand new iPhone 17 pro max. He took his time to set up the phone for me get all my apps and set up the email. I had an android before and I didn't know how to use an iPhone but he was patient t and taught me every aspect of the phone. I love the new phone and I will only be visiting him at this store. I wish all the reps were as dedicated as him. Definitely 5 stars View on Google
