    I recently visited a Metro by T-Mobile store and purchased a new phone. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesman, Ak, was wonderful—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the right phone for my needs. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free.     Best Metro by T-Mobile store ever! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect phone and plan, and made the entire process quick and stress-free.     I wanted to leave feedback about the store manager because I had an excellent experience. The manager was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it really stood out. The store was well-managed, organized, and welcoming.
