I recently visited this T-Mobile location specifically to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesdays items, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire transaction was seamless and quick, demonstrating efficiency and great customer focus from the staff. I was in and out in no time, which is exactly what you hope for during these quick promotional visits.
Beyond the seamless redemption, the representative was highly attentive. When I mentioned the ongoing connection issues I’ve been experiencing since relocating to the East Coast, they provided clear, helpful guidance, advising me to contact customer service directly to address the network issue. This proactive and informative approach was greatly appreciated.
The only significant downfall—and this is feedback aimed at T-Mobile’s national operations rather than this specific team—is the widespread consumer confusion caused by the current structure. It became clear that every location is franchised and not directly connected to corporate, which complicates things when trying to resolve issues like mine that span network or billing departments. While the local staff did their absolute best, this corporate disconnect creates an unnecessary barrier for customers seeking comprehensive support.
Overall, the team at this store deserves five stars for their efficiency, helpfulness, and pleasant demeanor. They made my visit easy and informative, and I highly recommend this specific location for any in-store needs.

So tonight my brother & I walk in @6:45p, I thought the store closed at 8p but it actually closed @ 7p. Ms. Yamu gave use incredible customer service, was very patient w/us & explained the different plans, different phones & we ended up w/FREE Tablet!! . After a horrible experience at AT&T just a couple hours earlier to this "royal treatment" made our entire day better!!‼️ Thanks for helping w/our new Family Plan & we saved tons of money 😁 Metro PCS give that woman a raise🤑🤑
