Genuine gratitude to Roman at this store! My husband had an issue with his phone, so we brought it in, and Roman went above and beyond. I truly appreciated how much he showed us that he valued my husband's business as a customer. Not only did he apologize—even though the issue wasn't his mistake—but he never threw anyone under the bus. Instead, he took the time to explain exactly what had happened in a respectful and professional way. Roman made us feel like we were part of his team, like we had our own personal phone tech. That was such a cool experience. He showed us respect, thanked us for taking the time to come back to the store, and even called my husband by name several times, which is rare these days. Roman is kind, genuine, professional, and well-dressed to work with the public. He is honestly the reason we'll continue to stay with Metro by T-Mobile. Employees like him are hard to find. I'm also thankful this store treats its employees with dignity because it truly shows. When employees enjoy their job, customers can feel the difference. Thank you, Roman—you are the GOAT! Wow I am so impressed this girl is a rockstar, we went in to switch carriers and ended up leaving with 2 new phones and a new iPad 😆 the total for all 3 including the new line, was under $100! It was awesome. The new staff is phenomenal. I highly recommend View on Google
