Hands down …. Maria V. Has the best customer service skills. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and treated us like we were family from the moment we walked in. She was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of transferring over and joining to the T-Mobile network. She went above and beyond to assist us and even let us use her personal phone since our phones were down. Honestly, she deserves to be recognized and given a raise. As we went through our process we watched her assist multiple customers with the same genuine enthusiasm and catered to each persons issue with such grace and compassion. What a wonderful experience! We are truly grateful that we were blessed to have this incredible interaction today. Maria absolutely has IMPECCABLE customer service and we will definitely be back thanks to her!!!
