I was here visiting family and passed by this store, I'm so lucky I did. I have never been treated more professionally and someone work that hard for my business. They really want to earn your business. The manager Sam went above and beyond just to make me happy. I wish I could come to this store more often. I came in this morning and Jonathan greeted me kindly at the door. He made my morning so much better. My phone would not unlock like the display screen was just not recognizing touch. I was worried that I was going to have an outrageous extra expense that was so unnecessary, but Jonathan saved the day and got me a brand new phone for what I consider a great deal. He was so polite from the start, even pulled up a chair for me because it was going to take some time getting it all going, he simultaneously helped 3 other guests while still working on my issue. I think it took like 30 minutes! Super fast and he made it easy for me. So again, Jonathan was AMAZING! He deserves recognition because he showed everyone the same hospitality and kindness even when there were multiple consumers at once!!

After calling Metro PCS two times I went to this shop and Jonathan fixed my phone, before that I couldn't call anyone I kept getting an error message. It took Jonathan a few moments but he fixed it thank you Jonathan.
