    I was having trouble with my phone came in and the beautiful lady by the name of suzie helped me out and let me know that I was eligible for an upgrade due to my phone being really old. She was very nice when helping me and was explaining the process very well. While being helped I couldn't stop looking into her eyes as they were so beautiful, she was so gorgeous ill be a regular for sure at this location from now on and will always ask the beautiful metro girl suzie for help ;). I hope, she reads this review and gives me a chance to take her out sometime, if anyone is reading this and goes to her location let her know that Anthony is very much interested in her.     Johnny was awesome I bought my phone in because it wasn't working. Even though I wasn't a metro customer he was gracious enough to help me and figure out my phone to reboot. I really appreciate him today definitely save me. He also very nice and knows a lot about phones. Go check him out and give him your business View on Google

    Suzie at the Metro PCS store in Lathrop had great customer service she made sure she followed up with me to make sure my numbers ported over from Metro to T-Mobile so we didn't have any issues she followed up multiple times I greatly appreciate her service we need to have more customer service reps like her.     This the best of the best of Metro stations. The ambience of the office is relaxing and tranquil. I love their products. The sales associates are professional and very kind. Ms. Suzie is a star employee. She was patient, delightful and very knowledgeable. Her expertise put me at ease as she worked on my phone. Overall, service was excellent from a pleasant lady.
