Lock myself out of my brand new phone and went to metro. This morning, as a last resort in metro I met up with Joseph. Who's an employee there? I was frustrated, had no clue what I had done to the phone and no clue why I was locked out but Joseph went the extra mile, he made sure that I was able to get back into my phone and he was very polite, very nice, very mannable. He and his co-worker, if you're looking for good service where there's understanding and and concern for what you're going through with your devices, visit my neighborhood metro store on Oakland and 56 in the Inverary plaza where the public is, Thank me later.🫶🏾

Great customer service. Mike was helping me with phone issue but other big guy was on his phone with loud volume watching something. He needs to respect his customers while other is helping or customer in the store.
