Tony at this store has been incredibly patient and helpful for my family. My mother gets stressed and irrationally upset about her cell phone situation and Tony maintained a great attitude and empathetically adressed all her problems and concerns. I have worked in customer service for eighteen years and I don't think I could have maintained professional composure as well as he did. He is truly an asset to your company and I hope he is appropriately compensated for all that he does.

I had a difficult situation trying to get a phone set up for an incarcerated son. I had the documents needed to walk through this process. The young man working yesterday was so kind and helpful. It is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. I neglected to get the young man's name, but he was the only one in the store on 2/25/25 at 11 am. His employee number from receipt starts LCT575. Thank you...your kindness was so appreciated during this difficult time.
