Hello, I like to share my experience with the great service I received at the 734 Western Ave, Lynn, Mass location. the Manager Amina was awesome, I cannot say enough great things about her support with helping me set up a new phone upgrade for both me and my grandson. Amina knows her job and was even schooling support techs at T-Mobile with activating my new phones. T-Mobile Tech initially was not as knowledgeable as Amina as Amina had to walk them through a process in order for my activation to be verified and valid. If it wasn't for Amina I am sure my waiting time would have been much longer.

the lady that helped me was very professional, my phone screen was broken and randomly opening apps and running autonomously and while the last was reinstalling it to the new phone my gallery opened up and of course showed the one hidden pic I have, you know the one the one that you fear will randomly pop up when someone touches your phone, the one that causes you to be so protective of who touchs it, it was like a nightmare coming true. I said "I'm so sorry" she said "don't worry you should see some of the things we see here" then she gave me a privacy screen protector. she just threw it in. I thought that was nice of her
