Shout out to Louis for real. My wife broke her phone a few weeks ago from the date of me typing this. It was really somewhat of an emergency because we both use our phones for work. I called other stores to try to get a price for a new phone however, they were all less than kind over the phone and others didn’t pick up at all. I called this location and spoke to Louis over the phone and I swear it was like talking to an old friend. He was so understanding and helpful. The best part is when I showed up with my Wife and our daughter, he was even more phenomenal in person. Like he’s the kind of guy that gives you hope in humanity. The best part is that it wasn’t an act, he was sincere and genuinely cared. I was able to get my wife another phone, one that is better than her old one and, the price was a BLESSING. Louis went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just right for us. I will always appreciate him for that. If you have any cellular needs, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and trust me when I say, ASK FOR LOUIS. He’s definitely GOATED.
