    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amber at Metro by T-Mobile. Over the last two days, she helped both my son and me with new phone service, and the experience was hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. Amber was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed—even when we were there after closing time. Her positive attitude and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience. In fact, my experience with Amber was so exceptional that within 24 hours I brought another family member back to open a separate account because I knew they would be taken care of. Employees like Amber are rare. She is a tremendous asset to Metro by T-Mobile and represents the company exceptionally well. If every customer received the level of service she provides, customer loyalty would never be an issue. Thank you, Amber, for going above and beyond.     My son and I walked in at 6:50 PM to change our carrier from Total Wireless to Metro. Lavaneka and Amber were the absolute best. They did not turn us away. They assisted us with our request. The transfer took much longer than we expected. Again, they gave us the best customer service I have received in a long time. We laughed and talked, it was like meeting a pair of long time friends. They worked diligently to make sure my son's phone work before we left. I assure you, I will continue to visit this location and see these ladies. Superb Customer Service goes a long way!     I just want to say the ladies at Metro were WONDERFUL!! I had problems with T-Mobile and decided to switch over to Metro for cost After THREE DAYS of the runaround from T-Mobile The ladies at Metro not only fixed my billing issue but have THE BEST service ever!!! I will NEVER work with T-Mobile main service again but I recommend ANYONE to go see Honya and the ladies at Metro!!
