What a difference six minutes makes. We first stopped at the Metro at 8188 W Flagler and immediately caught the vibe that we should probably go somewhere else. We were never acknowledged when we walked in, and the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in being there. She was FaceTiming someone while helping an elderly customer and was noticeably rude to another elderly gentleman who came in. We never even made it to our turn. We just left. Then we drove six minutes down Flagler to the Metro at 9467 W Flagler and it was literally night and day. The gentleman helping us, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was EXTREMELY helpful. Super friendly, accommodating, receptive, patient, and actually made us feel like he wanted to help us. Honestly, send the staff from 8188 over here for training because THIS is what customer service is supposed to look like. Same company, same street, six minutes apart, completely different experience. If you’re choosing between the two, go to 9467 W Flagler. No question. View on Google
