Went in to get 2 new razor flips and was told they would be in next day, when we called they said they had already sold them but had more on the way. 2 weeks later we have called multiple time checking to see if they had arrived and kept getting told different days they would have them. Today the lady tells me that they are not her bosses priority and no clue when they would be in. This is bad customer service.
Update: Mr. Oliver came through for me. He responded quickly and even though I had to make a little drive everything was taken care of the way it should have been. We did have a problem with Xfinity releasing our numbers but after 3 or 4 days Metro was kind enough to just give us new numbers. Mr.Oliver thank you and the staff at the Gary store for assisting me with this issue and thank Metro for all their assistance over the last couple days. You don't know how much I appreciate everyone that was involved.
