Angelica is the most sweetest, most outgoing, and helpful customer service agent I have ever encountered. She relentlessly exhausted every single avenue possible to help me make sure I left from her booth satisfied on Monday September 22nd. I was robbed several hours before and the assailants stole my wallet and my phone. Then they completely destroyed my phone and I had no access to any of my finances. Angelica displayed extreme heroism by allowing me to try everything possible to get a new phone and ultimately achieving the goal of leaving me satisfied with her service. I commend the employer who hired this employee. While everyone had excuses why they could not help me she had not one single excuse and all solutions. One after another solutions began to fail but she never gave up and persevered until I was happy. That’s true customer service on my book and if it was up to me I would put this one employee in charge of a region or even just a local store. But the efforts this worker put in to make sure her customer left happy is unmatched. And if I could have it my way I would only choose to be serviced by miss angelina for all of my cellular needs. Please give this woman a raise or a promotion or both, because she clearly deserves it!
