    Let me start by saying I am leaving this review based on the employee working here most of the time. JASON IS ONE OF A KIND. This guy works with integrity and generosity everytime. He helps and is honest when it comes to anything from new service to a simple tech prob. He should get a special title and salary for what we always see him doing for customers. I never see anyone else bother to do so much. He goes above and beyod. He also kindly greets instead of ignoring customers. Most important, he is not scamming like so many others. There are a few of us I know will not go in if he is not working. Metro seems to be really suspicious and scamming many friends have given me scary stories and the false advertising is off the chain. Metro needs to tighten up and people should take some humanity tips from this guy! View on Google

    I stopped by this location about a month ago. I was upgrading my phone on another carrier. No one could make my phone work. I stopped by ready to switch carriers. You guys had my phone working in 5 min. With out switching carriers, and didn’t charge me a dime! I can’t say how impressed I am with your people and customer service. I am heading to your Mwc location to switch today View on Google

    I broke my phone and stopped in at this location to get another one. Kimberly was so helpful! She genuinely wanted to help make sure I made it out the door with what I needed and kept me in the price range I was looking for. This is my first time ever walking into a Metro PCS feeling like a real customer. From the moment I came in, to the moment I left with my new phone, Kimberly was professional, courteous, and such a blessing during a stressful time! Thank you Kimberly!! Top notch customer service!
