Diona was very, very, very nice. She really took the time out of her day to make sure I get a $40 credit on my account and I really need it. She is so awesome. She is a true blessing. I hope she never goes anywhere because this is going to be my primary store every other store they're rude disrespectful. We're always just trying to sell you something. And it do not seem genuine period this lady at this store literally took the time out to really help me. She jumped hoops and did whatever she could to help she make me feel comfortable, she even Talk to me to help calm me down because I was distraught. After I seen my bill, she genuinely needs a raise. If this lady leaves this store, this store has lost my business. Also, along with my family members. View on Google

Diona is very sweet and helpful I was afraid I might lose all my information until I met this beautiful lady who helped me obtain all the information I needed into my new phone I've had terrible experiences at other locations but every time I deal with her it's very pleasing we share lives and she gives me a sense of comfort she makes her customers feel like they're at home and that makes me happy View on Google

Day was very patient with me and actually helped fix my phone and get rid of the viruses versus going to another store and they are always trying to sell you a phone instead of just helping you. It's not like everybody is rich. So sometimes help is better than trying to upsell. And thank you so much. Please give her a raise if you don't. I will never visit this store again.
