Diona was so helpful and patient. She helped me gather all the information that I needed to switch to T-Mobile. I truly appreciate that. And then when I got my phone, she helped me with switching all of my information's contacts, messages, photos, everything to my new phone. She is greatly appreciated, at least by me. Diona was very, very, very nice. She really took the time out of her day to make sure I get a $40 credit on my account and I really need it. She is so awesome. She is a true blessing. I hope she never goes anywhere because this is going to be my primary store every other store they're rude disrespectful. We're always just trying to sell you something. And it do not seem genuine period this lady at this store literally took the time out to really help me. She jumped hoops and did whatever she could to help she make me feel comfortable, she even Talk to me to help calm me down because I was distraught. After I seen my bill, she genuinely needs a raise. If this lady leaves this store, this store has lost my business. Also, along with my family members. View on Google
