I'd been having trouble with my phone for over two days before I came into this store. Met the most amazing personality.Her name was taylor i had to buy my number back from customer service due to it. Being a business line and no need to say that customer service completely messed up. My account did not have the proper last name. Did not have the proper imei numbers logged in. So therefore I wasn't being able to get text messages to verify who I was. And in a technicality couldn't do it in store, because my ID and stuff did not match due to the mishaps of the wonderful representatives over the phone. There is only one metro store in my town, which is on piny forest road which I recommend that nobody goes to the man. There has sexually harassed me on Facebook. And whatnot so therefore when I went into the store, it was a big problem. And deal, because I haven't blocked on all. Social media accounts, so no need to say That taylor was definitely above and beyond my hero.For even though we had to take a few minor steps, she completely fixed the problem.And put our own self out there for me.Thank you so much, taylor you're awesome.I will literally drive an hour and twenty two minutes away from now on to deal with my phone, then.To deal within my own hometown.Whoever is over metro should give taylor a promotion and should definitely fire.The guy named mo that works at the danville, virginia location even though he says over and over again, he's following policy.What is not policy?Is that he automatically started yelling and being irrade, flaring his hands and just being very rude and disrespectful and never once did he ever pick up the phone

Like the experience with Taylor she went above and beyond to help me and was extremely nice even though I felt bad and wasn't nice to her. She is awesome. Thanks for the help and I would recommend metro and to see Taylor for any customer service needs. 👍
