I originally went by to add some more hot spot data because mine ran out for the month. Michele and Olivia were excellent. It turned out to be a one stop shop for me. I got my cell phone monthly cost reduced by $10 and gained 6 more gigabytes of hot spot data per month, from 19GB to 25GB. There was a bunch of stuff on my previous bill that I didn't want or know that I was paying for every month, including $10 per month for phone insurance. I was on a plan for four lines per month when I only needed one. Michele and Olivia put me on a plan that I actually want. I got a very nice free tablet and a free modem router. Now I am only paying $120 per month for cell, tablet and home internet, which all came with free Amazon Prime, Prime Video and Amazon Music. Michele set it all up for me while juggling three other customers in the store. I took my modem home and it was all plug and play because it was already set up by Michele. So no headache. I'm very glad I stopped by. Be careful of what other independently owned Metro stores put on your bill.
