I came to this store because of the great reviews about Shawna—and they were spot on. Shawna is awesome! I went in for a new phone, but the one I wanted wasn’t in stock at this location or anywhere in the local area. She offered me other options, but she could tell I wasn’t sold on any of them. Instead of trying to push a phone I didn’t really want, she said, “Let me call my boss and see if he has it and can bring it up from Orlando.”
She made the call right away, and they were able to get the exact phone and color I wanted. Shawna went through the process of setting everything up in advance so that when the phone arrived, all she’d need to do was transfer my data.
My new phone came in within just a couple of hours, and Shawna called me immediately. When I came back, she got everything set up quickly and smoothly. She worked with me for several hours and never once complained—she did everything with a smile.
This will be the only MetroPCS store I go to as long as Shawna is there!
