I just want to take a moment to thank the guy who works at this store. He truly went above and beyond to help me get a new phone while keeping my same number at a very reasonable price. His communication was excellent, and his customer service was even better. He was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
If I could rate this store 10 stars, I absolutely would. It’s hands down the number one store in my experience.
I also want to say that the people who were being rude to him while I was there should really reconsider how they treat others. He’s actually a really cool and respectful person. It’s a shame that some people can’t look past skin color and choose disrespect instead. So the people that walked in on 2/20 between 6pm and 630pm can go to H**l

I was driving by today when I noticed a sign spinner out front and figured I’d stop in — best decision I made all day! The team at this MetroPCS store was super friendly, patient, and helpful. They explained my options clearly and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. I didn’t even know this location was here before, but now I know where I’ll be coming for all my phone needs.
