I have been going in Metro PCS for the last year and a half maybe two I usually put my credit card and go on with my day. Today I went into the store to play with cash cuz that's all I had the closest store near me was on Central near 85041 Phoenix Arizona the young man that helped me was named Ram he was very helpful smart fast efficient understanding patient just a really helpful good guy and he told me I had $200 credit which I never knew I had no one ever told me and that I can get a brand new tablet and I'm telling you this is a big nice tablet I wanted to lower my bill because I was $75 and that was just so much for the extra hotspot only so he lowered my bill down to $65 I kind of wish it would have went lower but oh well and then $20 to pay for the tablet to get turned on so next month my bill is going to be $80 but I have my phone and I have an awesome new tablet and I was just so excited I felt like jumping for joy I was so happy and he was happy for me. He had a co-worker with him a Mexican woman she would not smile look at me or nothing she had a mean face the whole time I even tried giving her compliments she wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there she look like she didn't want to be there she look like she hated everything and everybody I didn't even know she was there at first and then she came out with another customer came in I think and she totally killed the energy and the vibe around us with her stuck up attitude and her face just looking mad she was scary and I'm so glad I got Ram to help me with everything and not her. I do not know her name I don't care to know her name but you probably know who I'm talking about get rid of her ASAP. That's just my opinion and I'm a very nice and thankful person. Anyways that was my experience today 10/10/25. Oh and if Ram sees this thank you for all your help and patience and guidance thru everything.
