    I recently bought a phone from this store because my app wasn’t working and I initially thought the issue was with the device. I went back to the store upset and raised my voice which I now realise was unnecessary the staff member stayed calm and efficient . She explained the issue might be with the app and even called Amazon customer care to check it. She also spoke with her manager, who offered a refund, but I requested an other phone instead, and she agreed to help. Later, I understood the problem was with the app, not the phone. When I think back to the situation and remember her expression I feel a bit embarrassed but it also makes me smile now. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and support. View on Google

    I went to the store to buy a new phone because my old one wasn’t working and I had a really good experience The staff member who helped me was very kind and patient She explained all the phone options in a simple way which made it easy for me to understand and choose the right one. She also helped my husband with his phone which had been having a lot of issues for a while She took the time to check everything and fixed the problem without any hassle Overall, we’re really happy with the service.     I went to this Metro store to buy just one phone, but ended up getting four because of how well the lady there explained everything. She was very helpful and patient. She explained all the plans and phone options in a way that was easy to understand, and that really helped me decide. I also saw her handle another customer who came in with a rude attitude. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and in the end the customer left happy. Really good customer service. I would definitely recommend this store. View on Google

    Jackson is a wonderful asset to this company! He was so helpful to Ignacio and I. I could give him 10 stars if I could! We got internet and a new phone, and we got a great deal! He even helped with getting everything setup and transferred over to the new phone. Most employees just sell us stuff and here you go figure it out for yourself! Not Jackson! He even helped other customers since he was the only worker there, great multitasker as well! Keep up the great work Jackson and Metro you have a gem with your company hopefully you are paying this man very well!!! Worth every penny! Thanks again! View on Google
