I was looking for an upgrade and there was a Spanish man that claimed he was from New York that judged me by my looks. As soon as I asked him about the upgrade he assumed that I couldn't afford it. The man called the cops on me it was embarrassing. I ended up going to the Southside to purchase my phone instead. This time I walked in to the same store praying that I would have better luck and by the grace of God there was an angel named Joe. He was great he did everything for me to purchase an upgrade (mind you my phone was smashed and he was unable to send me a code to verify that it was mine.) he did everything in his power to verify me, gave me an upgrade with the same number ( usually for a cheaper price I would had to have changed my phone number) he is the best. I went there with my child not only did he look me out with the upgrade but he also gave me discounts on protective screen. He gave me a metro Pcs water bottle (of course my child claimed the water bottle) and a wallet with a keychain with the cutest little tajin bottle in the keychain. He was the best and we need more people in this world like him. Thank you Joe, you rock!!!

Came here this morning on Friday June 12th I forgot the man's name but he helped me and my girlfriend out a lot with choices of phones and something that works in my budget he also gave me a free gift bag 😀 he was professional and nice 5 stars to him!
