Want to give HUGE shout out Yesterday I went in and was in desperate need of new phone my old phone was in really rough shape battery swelling up pushing phone apart ECT so basically about to give out on me which made me anxious because my life is on my phone and I didn't know if anything could be saved😢 Immediately when we walked through the door we were greeted by all 3 of employees behind the counter Everyone was so helpful And I want to tell them Thank you Maricruz ( hope I spelled her name right) and Daniela and nice young man whose name i didn't get he helped with setting up tablet that got for upgrading phone all three were so helpful. Maricruz walked me through my options explained everything to me so I could understand it and helped me make best choice for me and not only helped our bill (family plan) and helped calm me when I got overwhelmed when I thought we weren't going to be able to log in new phone but she was amazing Figured out login and was able to salvage and transfer my stuff from old phone to new which was miracle 🙏 And because of her and Daniela and nice young man our experience was extra blessed for multiple reasons and we walked away with so much more than ever expected Thank you your help and kindness truly meant more to me than words could ever express if I could give you all 10 plus Stars I would you all took time with me actually talked to me not at me and this experience was one best early bday gift ever and for me that's huge 🙏🥳🙏😊🙏 Super Grateful I chose this Metro by T Mobile location yesterday Great Service Great Deals Honestly I can't say enough how Happy we are and we will Definitely be recommending to our Friends and Family Sincerely Kristi E. The staff at this location were very kind & friendly. I specifically worked with Jorge and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He greeted me very professionally, and assisted me with upgrading my phone. Jorge explained any and everything regarding my purchase and was very personable it felt as if I've known him for years.
