    My mom and I got there to upgrade my iPhone around 7:00 pm and the store closed at 8. When we first arrived, there was one lady ahead of us trying to make sense of her Affirm financing terms The man who was working, Hassan I believe his name was, walked her through everything patiently but effectively and successfully. Only problem was it took her until about 10;30 to get it all worked out. So it was close to 11pm by the time he got to us we were there waiting song, i had to go out to the car to charge my phone up 3 times. Also, I had to run to little Caesar’s to pick up our food before they closed ,, leaving my mom in charge completing the transaction, because when I got back, my mom was waiting on me, but she said he stayed with her till right before I got back. When she got in the car, she had several metro bags with her, and as she got in the car, I asked her what she in the bags and she proceeded to show me a badass JBL charge 5 Bluetooth speaker, a case for my phone, a wall charger, car charger and base charger all for us being hood spritz about waiting I was blown away by all the swag he hooked me up with! I’ve been using metro for about 6 years now and I’ve been consistently happy and satisfied with them and my needs are a little specific as I don’t have WiFi at my house so I have to have unlimited call roaming so a strong 5g connection is a must. All in all I would highly recommend this place and when you go, ask for Hassan because he was on point View on Google
