Metro by T-Mobile will not take Discover Cards over the phone nor online. I come in and pay my bill in person. I have now developed a relationship with these people and have found them more than willing and even excited to help me immediately when I walked through the door. These people know their job. They are not trying to oversell you or under-satisfy you. I in fact was qualified for an upgrade. I could have chosen a Metro by T-Mobile upgrade or a T-Mobile upgrade with one month free. Metro has a great upgrade. T-Mobile also has a great upgrade as well as other possibilities you may enjoy. One of the things I noticed I would have liked to see there was more than two chairs. In their defense they are so quick that your wife husband boyfriend grandmother may not wait long enough to sit down. I did see an extra chair don't be afraid to ask. I have to tell you there are people working here that are extremely honest caring and never try to upsell you or try to make a deal that won't make you happy. I asked them about some of the smaller things that I might want if I bought a new phone or an upgrade screen protectors other things that would go with the new phone possibly. Please ask all of the questions and compare upgrades and ask about the materials the phones are made of these people know cellular phones & are knowledgeable courteous. You may go in with a high expectation and come out pleased. I saw someone, who looked as if they were paying their bill. They were out of there in less than 2 minutes. Good for you Metro by T-Mobile.
