This rating is for Lily who is great and really seems to have found the right career choice that being customer service. She welcomed me in right away and waited to carry on with the conversation not till I was at the counter but at a point to where there was eye contact. This told me she was ready to help but not rushing to get me out the door. It was professional and welcoming. She pointed out and explained the three devices that I could get in my price range while still maintaining an empathetic approach without my explaining of what the issue was for me to come into the store. I'm hard of hearing and asked a few times to repeat herself , which she did in one of the most understanding and professional ways......she didn't sound the least bit annoyed and raised her voice without the slightest change in tone and demeanor. When getting the bells and whistles added to the device she still engaged in conversation really initiating it. I have dedicated my professional life as a customer service representative and I think I am really good at it and I have helped develope talent as well. Lily is damn good at being a customer service representative. I have had my share of issues with Metro in the past related to customer service and if Lily is the example of who Metro is hiring then the future as a Metro customer is very bright. As a business the future looks more profitable. I hope Metro understands what they have with Lily and compensate her accordingly. It's not an easy job, so take care of the good reps you got and Lily isn't good...she is effing great at her job.
