My journey begins on Feb 8th of a horrible experience at another metro store that led me to this store at 8117 staplesmills road . I was so scared of what happened to my phone and if it would be saved . The gentleman who helped me was excellent polite and show professionalism. IM not very good at this technology but with him i left feeling like i should as a loyal customer. I ended back at this store today feeling i was about to lose 10 years worth of photos that some how ended up in the trashcan and i didnt know how to restore them. after walking into the store and handing my phone over with hope that memories wouldnt be lost once again being treated as if i was the most important customer once again within minutes all 1800 photos were restored . I Highly recoment this location for all of your technical support you need. Looking for a new phone or a better plan this is where you need to go to get the facts and not to just sell you equipment. 8117 staplesmills road in henrico is the place to go.
