Called about a phone case and screen protector. They were very helpful in helping me got what I needed. They sent me to a different store because they didn't have what I needed. 10/10 service very nice and extremely helpful

I would like to give a big shout out to Alexsandra when it came her her helping me find my phone that Cesar was lying to me about for a month I was so greatful to her she didn't have to step up to help but she did it wasn't even her store this happened at it was the 9th street store but it didn't matter to her she could have let it keep going on between me and Cesar she just wanted to try and resolve the problem so she stepped up and did what was right meaning if I was wrong or Cesar was when she checked into what was going on she seen my phone never left the 9th street store to me that shows a great worker/manager she stood up for what's right not just jumping on a coworkers or customer side she got to the truth of the problem and she tried to make this problem right for me. I hope the higher up people over this store see my post and see what a great person she is and doing what was right no matter who was in the wrong she did what she needed to do to get to the bottom of this problem that went on for a month . I want to Thank You for everything . If anyone needs a phone go see Alexsandra she is great I hope she can go far in this company as she can they need more people like her that will resolve /help and not just look the other way If it wasn't for her I would have walked away from this company I've been at sense 2018 .I hope this company gets more employees like Alexsandra. Alex is the best at the Metro on Williamson Rd she is always smiling and very courteous,I have know her for a few years she never disappoints me or my brother when we are in there .She is best highly recommended this Metro by T-Mobile Thanks Alex The Brewbaker Twins
